In each Assassin Tomb, you'll find the tomb of a famous assassin and a round seal. In Sequence 4, you'll visit "Novella's Secret" with Mario and unlock the Assassin Tomb side missions across Italy. Altair's Amor is the most powerful armor in the game and is locked away underneath Villa Monteriggioni.
